Your registration is binding and linked to payment of the registration fee. The program is subject to change. The number of participants to individual events is limited. There is no entitlement to reimbursement or discount for services not used.

All the participation prices are subject to additional VAT.

The registration fee includes: 

• Welcome reception and dinner on Wednesday (11 October 2023)
• Conference attendance, including 2 coffee breaks and lunch on Thursday (12 October 2023)
• Dinner on Thursday at "La Valetta Hall" (12 October 2023)

 
The meeting for members associations and affiliate members on Wednesday 11 October 2023 is included.

The AGM on Friday 13 October 2023 is only included for delegates of member associations.


The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception and dinner on Wednesday (11 October 2023)
• Dinner on Thursday  (12 October 2023)

After your registration you will receive your invoice from FENCA. This invoice must be paid to FENCA within 10 days from the date of invoice. The invoice must be paid before the beginning of the congress.

We only accept bank transfers. Bank charges to be born with you.

Hotel reservations are not included.

  
Cancellation policy
For cancellations before 22 May 2023, a processing fee of € 100 will be charged. The total registration fee will be charged for later cancellations. The registered participant may designate a substitute participant on request.
 
Data Protection and Photos
The FENCA Congress will be accompanied by a photographer and documented inter alia at http://www.fenca.eu/congress2023

The participants agree with the following: The list of participants, including first and last name, company and countries, will be used and published only via congress app and within the context of the event.
