1.    Participation

    1.1.  Participation in the virtual FENCA congress is reserved for FENCA members, affiliate members, members of members and
            non-members.

    1.2.   Each participant will create it own avatar. Name, surname and company will be legibly above each avatar and visible to everyone.

 

2.    Registration

    2.1.   We look forward to your registration for the Congress Homepage at https://fenca.eu/landing

    2.2.    In order to participate in the virtual FENCA congress, each participant must download a special software.
              By registering, you confirm that you are able to download it.

    2.3.    Please find technical information about the download here.

    2.4.    You may download for training the free demo version here.

    2.5.    A separate download link will be send to all participants on October 28, 2021

    2.6.    The program is subject to change. There is no entitlement to reimbursement or discount for services not used.

 

3.    Costs

    3.1.     The participation fee includes:

               ·  Pre-event day for technical questions on November 1st  12:00 – 8:00pm (CET).

               ·  Main congress days November 2rd until November 4th.

 

4.    Payment

    4.1.    Your registration entitles you to access the virtual congress. Your registration is binding and linked to payment of the
              registration fee. 
              The payment of the participation fee is due upon registration. You will directly be transferred to the payment system.
              Your invoice will be send to you after the payment.

    4.2.    All participation prices are subject to additional VAT.

 

5.    Cancellation

    5.1.   No payments will be refunded or refundable.
