Inaugurated in 2015, By The Wine - José Maria da Fonseca offers a whole exclusive range of wines from the José Maria da Fonseca vineyards, founded in 1834 and the oldest producer of bottled table wines in Portugal, including some rare reds and whites, as well as the complete range of the famous Setúbal Muscatel collection.
In all, there are about sixty different wines with appetizers and many other dishes to accompany them, ranging from Algarve homemade bread and Iberian Bellota ham, to the salmon ceviche, fillet-mignon steak sandwich, beef carpaccio or veal cheeks.
Everything here is genuine, from the service to the ingredients used in each dish, each glass and each platter.
